Tommi Febrian

Tommi Febrian is the Senior Program Assistant for Sustainable Landscapes Project, under the joint GoI-GGGI Green Growth Program Phase 3. Based in Indonesia, he provides administrative support as well as maintains day-to-day communications and relationships with key government stakeholders such as the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and the Ministry of National Development Planning.

Prior to this position, Tommi also started his career at GGGI as a Green Growth Development Intern for Forests and Land Use in 2019. He then worked as a training specialist at the Coral Triangle Center, a local NGO in Denpasar, Bali, after which he returned to GGGI as a consultant, playing a role of the Program Assistant for NDCP-CAEP Project in 2020-2021.

Tommi also had experience as a research assistant at Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB) and the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. He holds a Master’s degree in Resource and Environmental Economics from IPB.

In his spare time, Tommi loves traveling, tasting local food, and hanging out with the locals. He has ambitions to travel around Indonesia before he turns 35. He also likes to read the Quora and listens to podcasts.
