Dheeraj is an Architect & Infrastructure Planner by training. Through GGGI, he supports Rwanda Housing Authority to promote green urbanization in Rwanda. He developed Rwanda Green building compliance guidelines with the support of stakeholders. Dheeraj also supports the functioning of Rwanda Green Building Organization (RwGBO) and improves capacity of Rwandan construction industry stakeholders on green buildings through awareness programmes.

Dheeraj actively contributes to the country team work on development of district development strategies, public bike sharing pilot assessment in secondary cities, greening Kigali’s new international airport, public green spaces, bankable project proposal development and implementation. Dheeraj joins us from Indian Green Building Council, where he worked as green buildings and green cities specialist. He also practiced Architecture for a good amount of time.
